About Michelle
Hi, I'm Michelle Daschbach, a graphic designer and photographer currently relocating to Boston, Massachusetts, from Jackson, Mississippi.
I've always been drawn to creating. Before I played with toys, I had a paintbrush in hand, and as I grew older, that curiosity led me to explore new creative outlets. Photography became a true passion at 15, eventually leading me to start my own photography business while still in high school. Alongside photography, I developed a love for graphic design and its ability to communicate ideas, tell stories, and shape the way people experience the world.
I graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and a minor in Marketing. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work across branding, advertising, photography, and creative campaigns, but I’ve always been most drawn to projects that allow me to explore ideas, experiment creatively, and connect with people through visual storytelling.
My work is influenced by fashion, travel, music, and the little details that often go unnoticed. My creative style can be described as vibrant and funky, with a love for bold color, unexpected combinations, and imagery that feels expressive without losing its sense of authenticity. I’m drawn to the balance between careful intention and spontaneity, creating work that feels thoughtful, memorable, and a little unexpected.
Whether through my lens or my designs, I love creating imagery that tells a story and offers a new perspective. Through my work, I hope to spark curiosity, create connections, and offer a glimpse into the way I see the world.
