The I Can! Diabetes Prevention Program is a statewide public health initiative for the Mississippi State Department of Health that encourages individuals to prevent or delay Type 2 diabetes through sustainable lifestyle changes. This project includes a suite of patient-focused materials such as posters, brochures, rack cards, and social media ads, along with provider-focused brochures, rack cards, and referral cards.
